Red Arrows – premiere in Romania, at BIAS 2025

The Red Arrows are one of the most renowned aerobatic teams in the world, known for their spectacular maneuvers and perfect precision. The team flies BAE Hawk T1 aircraft and has 9 pilots and over 90 support team members. Throughout their career, the Red Arrows have performed over 4.800 shows around the world.

At BIAS 2025, the Red Arrows perform an impressive flypast.

The “Diamond Nine” formation (nine aircraft flying in a diamond shape) requires perfect synchronization, with a tolerance of only a few meters between the aircraft, reaching speeds of up to 1,000 km/h. The team uses colored smoke (red, white and blue) not only to add visual effect, but also helps monitor the wind and the position of the aircraft in the air

The BIAS moment offers the Romanian public a spectacular view and a lesson in courage and precision. This flight will follow a route similar to the one performed annually over Buckingham Palace, during official British ceremonies.
